This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and store credits are accepted for purchases made through our store. Please review the information below carefully before initiating a return.
Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and meet all of the following requirements:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging
- All original packaging and tags must be included
- Proof of purchase provided
All returns are inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet our return guidelines. If an item does not meet these conditions, we may be unable to process a refund.
Refund Determination
Refunds are assessed after inspection of the returned item:
- Unopened and unused items are eligible for a full refund
- Opened but unused items may be eligible for a full refund (subject to inspection)
- Items that show any signs of use (including washing, wear, odors, stains, or hair) are not eligible for a refund
Due to hygiene and safety standards, items that fail inspection cannot be restocked.
Eligible Items
This return policy applies to all products sold on our site, except for items that are explicitly marked as Final Sale.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that do not meet the eligibility conditions listed above
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Returns requested outside the 30-day return window
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused, returned to the customer at their expense, or disposed of in accordance with hygiene standards.
Return Fee
A $15 flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In approved cases, the return shipping fee will be waived.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the original item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Store Credit (If Applicable)
