All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pallamart is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations where carriers are unable to deliver.
Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, carrier disruptions, or government actions.
